The Wonder Rock Capital (W.R.C.) project wants to share the experience of real estate investments in its 360-dregrees, making the investors participate not only in the economic benefits behind them, but also in the whole process phases, since the study of a unit to renovate to the end of the renovation and future sale. With that, the investors know by all time where and how their money is working.
Behind the project is me, Javier Vilarrubias Llopis, an enthusiast of architecture, construction and numbers, a combo that has led me for the last 10 years through home renovations, property management and management of real estate investment fund portfolios. A baggage of lessons and mistakes that has organically led me to base the premises of this project based on proximity, transparency and accessibility.
All this through a collective financing network in addition to the monetary participation by Wonder Rock Capital in each of the operations, W.R.C. will execute 100% of each of the operation, returning the investment plus profits once the operation is completed.
W.R.C. It doesn’t aspire to be a typical real estate investment fund. We flee from operational opacity with the aim of being transparent, horizontal and up-to-date with the digital times in which we live. We open the doors to collective investments for small and medium pockets, integrating the user into the investments made so that they feel part of the game.
We want it to be digitals but personalizing to each of the users and rewarding the digital closeness between user and fund.
